Content of Executive MBA Program:
Educational Complex of Executive MBA program includes 5 full-time modules:
1. Strategy Development
2. Financial Management
3. Marketing and Sales Management
4. HR Management
5. Project Management. Strategy Implementation.
The key-note of the entire program is to teach leadership and management skills. This course is impossible to study as an independent discipline. At certain stages of company’s development and in certain circumstances we use completely different methods and techniques of communication, creating of work environment, setting targets and monitoring.
Volume and Duration of Executive MBA Program:
By using the combined format of education and new methodological and IT developments the duration of the program is only 8 months.
The program consists of 5 full-time modules with an interval of six weeks between them, self-study, training with an individual mentor and special courses.
The volume of full-time classes is 240 hours of practice-oriented seminars, and webinars with leading Russian and foreign teachers.
Executive MBA program has combined modular format. All students must pass five full-time modules with an interval of 1,5 months. The duration of each module is 4 working days. The rest of the time student works following the plan coordinated with his individual mentor. This plan is based on the student’s knowledge, occupied positions in the company and industry of his enterprise. The basis for self-study is work with the case-studies - the most effective way to adopt the necessary theoretical material.
On admission to the Executive MBA program, each student is assigned to the working mini-group. Number of students in the group cannot be more than 6. Number of places in the group is limited. With each group during the entire course work facilitators - a high-level experts, competent in the subject of the module material. Such a group organization of work aims to enhance interpersonal communication skills, teamwork and improve individual decision-making mechanisms. Feedback from professors, facilitators and classmates help students to cope with the challenges in their companies’ problems, evaluate new ideas and projects.
As an outcome of the E-MBA program there is a personal real business plan for the development of the project or enterprise.
Students, who successfully complete the program, obtain the diploma of the International Executive MBA and the Diploma of Professional Development.
